Damian Bednarczyk is a legal counsel with many years of professional experience in transaction advisory and corporate law. He specializes in M&A transactions (including share deals and asset deals), with a focus on investments involving private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) funds.
He advises on transactions at all stages, from due diligence through negotiations and structuring to the preparation of transaction documentation and closing. In addition, he has experience in capital markets law, reorganization processes (mergers, transformations, and divisions), day-to-day corporate advisory services, and shaping corporate governance principles within corporate groups. He has, among other things, advised on transactions in the e-commerce, FMCG, and textile industries, as well as on securing mezzanine financing and leveraged buyouts.
Before joining MJH, he gained experience in transaction and corporate advisory services at renowned law firms in Warsaw. He is a member of the Warsaw Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors.
